In order to ensure outreach, Councillor Social and Family Economics (CEWH) provides individual assistance and / or collective concerns of daily life.
Individual aid
Near your home, reception points hotlines are at your disposal for information and help you in different areas of daily life:
- Administrative forms (CAF, AAH, Taxes, Indebtedness ...)
- Writing letters (lease termination, litigation, compensation ...)
- Support in professional approaches (resume writing, cover letters, mock job interview ...)
- Supporting migrant population (Accompaniment to regularize their situation ...)
- Supporting individuals in their daily lives (Comprehension of a bill, a budget management ...)
The shifts are as main social objective of ensuring an attentive people, seeking solutions, referrals to services most appropriate to solve problems.

Group Discussion and Exchanges
Through its activities the counselor provides a discussion time at which people can meet in order to deepen a communicative practice and bring the same to express themselves, to communicate in a group.
Each person has their own experiences and has something to say, share, express ... In fact, talking about various topics (the government, family, education, neighborhoods, cultural events ...), the person can enrich their vocabulary, develop fluency in speaking to insurance benefit for better communication, and positioning itself and give its opinion.
The Group of Collective Action
As part of an exchange on topics of everyday life groups may form to share different practices (grading paper, budget, professional approaches, exploring the social and administrative region ...)
